“ Sometimes in life we cross paths with people who are so naturally gifted and passionate about their craft that you can’t help but be inspired. Brittany is that kind of teacher, and beyond knowledgeable in curating the balance between physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. I completed my training with a deeper understanding of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutros and most importantly how to unite in yoga, in myself, as well as others. I came for the Asana, but the therapy was free. You’ll gain powerful incite and have fun doing new things. I love teaching yoga now, and am honored to have been guided through her lens. “

“The Yoga Shala’s teacher training was such a rewarding experience. The whole team was invested in our growth and I felt extremely prepared at the end of the training to carry what we had learned into other areas of my life both on and off the yoga mat.”

“Teacher training opened a door to self reflection and personal development that I didn’t expect. It was so much more than learning how to teach yoga. It’s about being intimate with yourself, seeing others in their greatness and celebrating who we are. Teacher training taught me about commitment, authenticity, and most of all LOVE- for myself and the wonderful humans I share this practice with.”
