About the venue: We are a community of Yogis and Artists who simply enjoy slow-life in harmony with nature, we have been organizing and hosting inspiring retreats in our charming 18th century farmhouse for the past twenty years. The venue is immersed in nature along with the blue Mediterranean sea, surrounded by antique salt pans, vineyards, and olive groves. Full of extraordinary charm and natural beauty, it is a perfect holiday hideaway where both body and soul can regenerate, receiving a positive energy.
About the food: We are passionate about food as an element of authenticity as well as an experience itself and are fully involved in the production of what we serve to our guests. We strive for a self-sustenance supply of our venue, our food is local, with most of our produce coming from either our property or a nearby farm. SICILIAN BREAKFAST: Breakfast consists coffee, milk, tea, homemade biscuits, pastries and cakes from our chef, freshly-baked bread by local bakery in brick oven, homemade marmalade, cakes from our chef, butter, yogurt, local honey, fresh eggs from our lovely hens, fresh seasonal fruits and fresh juice.

This retreat takes place from October 5- October 12, 2024. Plan on arriving at the property before 4pm on October 5th, and leaving after yoga & breakfast on October 12th. Each day is balanced between group activities, and plenty of free time to do as you wish. Everything is optional: you can get into as much or as little as you want. Whether you want to embrace your introvert, or hang out with new friends - there will be plenty of opportunity for both.
Two classes per day, including meditation, breathwork, asana, workshops and dance parties.

$500 nonrefundable deposit due via venmo, check or cash upon confirmation of room availability. Any credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% fee.

The Venue is on the unspoiled west coast of Sicily, about one hour drive from Palermo International Airport and just 15 minutes drive from Trapani Airport. Airfare and airport transfer is not included. You are encourage to share a car rental, or we can organize airport transfer on your behalf.
